Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker is needed in an outpatient practice in California . This full-time role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a direct impact on individuals facing mental health and life challenges.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 annually, plus great benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy to individuals managing mental health conditions.
• Conduct assessments and crisis interventions as needed.
• Assist clients in accessing helpful resources for ongoing support.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to guide treatment.
• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health records.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Valid LCSW license in California.
• At least two years of experience in clinical practice.
• Strong skills in electronic health record management.
