In this role, you will collaborate with seasoned real estate experts, gaining practical experience and deep industry insights. 🏡 Your main responsibility will be to present properties to potential buyers, ensuring each showing is smooth and captivating. Responsibilities

• Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
• Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding homes
• Offer comprehensive written feedback to help clients refine their search criteria
• Draft and negotiate offers for sales agents and their clients
• Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation
• Engage in weekly script practice as per team guidelines
• Take part in team activities according to team standards
• Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
• Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
