📋 Become a Key Member of Northern Virginia’s Fast-Growing Real Estate Team as a Real Estate Assistant

Are you enthusiastic about real estate and meticulous in your work? We’re seeking a committed Real Estate Assistant to join our vibrant, high-achieving team located in Northern Virginia.

As we prepare to launch with Zillow Flex , we operate from a cutting-edge office and boast one of the largest social media audiences in the DMV area , generating over 10 million monthly views on platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.

Primary Duties:

• 🗂 Provide essential administrative support and oversee agent transaction processes
• 🏡 Manage property listings, update MLS information, coordinate signage, and arrange photography sessions
• 📞 Ensure prompt and clear communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• 📅 Schedule showings, inspections, and closing meetings
• 💻 Support marketing initiatives including social media content creation, email campaigns, and CRM management

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Tech-savvy, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Motivated to build a successful career in real estate

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
