The Department of Pediatrics is seeking a Researcher I to support Dr. Seroogy's Research Group. The primary focus of Dr. Seroogy's lab involves translational research with infants that are protected from developing allergic disease secondary to unique, but poorly defined, environmental exposures. The Researcher I will be responsible for: overall project management of study data, protocol implementation, and biospecimen tracking, flow cytometry of immune cells, DNA and RNA isolation and use in quantitative methods, development of new protocols, maintenance of standard laboratory equipment and reagents, computational analysis of complex data sets, and assistance with manuscript writing and preparation of data for presentation.

The starting salary for the position is $50,000 but is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
