We are looking for a highly skilled, creative, and self-motivated Expert Web Designer to join

our team and play a key role in designing, optimizing, and maintaining high-quality websites for

both Inizio and our clients.

Position Details

● Position: Expert Web Designer

● Location: Remote / Hybrid (if applicable)

● Schedule: Part-time (18 hours per week)

● Time Zone: Kansas City, MO – Central Time

● Fridays and Weekend Off (unless additional hours are agreed upon)

● Potential for Full-Time within 90 Days

What You’ll Do

✅ Website Design & Development: Create visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly

websites tailored to our clients' brand identities and marketing goals.

✅ WordPress & CMS Management: Develop, update, and maintain WordPress and other

CMS-based websites, ensuring high performance, security, and SEO optimization.

✅ UI/UX Design: Implement best practices in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI)

design to enhance website functionality and engagement.

✅ Landing Page Optimization: Design and optimize high-converting landing pages to

support marketing campaigns and lead generation.

✅ Website Performance & SEO: Ensure all websites are optimized for speed, mobile

responsiveness, and search engines (Google Core Web Vitals, on-page SEO, etc.).

✅ Graphic & Visual Content: Collaborate with the social media and content teams to design

graphics, banners, and multimedia elements for web use.

✅ Website Maintenance & Security: Regularly audit and update website plugins, security

measures, and backup systems to prevent downtime or vulnerabilities.

✅ Client Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with clients to understand their website

needs, present design concepts, and make data-driven recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate must have:

3+ years of experience in web design & development

Proficiency in:

● WordPress (Elementor, WP Engine, Divi, etc.)

● HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic knowledge preferred)

● UI/UX design principles

● SEO best practices

● Website speed optimization

● Google Search Console & Analytics

Graphic Design & Branding Experience (Preferred)

● Figma or Adobe XD for wireframing

● Canva for quick graphic creation

● Photoshop/Illustrator (a plus)

Bilingual Encouraged to apply

Technology Requirements:

● High-functioning laptop/computer

● Functional camera for virtual meetings
