Chief Executive Officer (m/f/d)

Your Bouquet of Responsibilities

• Business Development: Build a customer base with a focus on IT projects for our American branch.  You will develop business relationships, explore market potentials, and acquire new clients via various sales channels
• Operational Excellence: Implement strategies that drive efficiency, reduce costs and support sustainable growth
• Leadership & Guidance: Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, mentorship and guidance, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous learning.
• Office & Infrastructure: Manage the development and implementation of policies, procedures and initiatives that promote organizational efficiency and compliance
• Making a Difference: Leave your footprint in the company structures of Sulzer USA

Your Mosaic of Competencies

• You have several years of experience in senior management in an IT consultancy or Software environment; prior successful P&L management and/or President or GM experience required
• You are an entrepreneurial thinker with gusto to take on a high level of responsibility
• You can provide a proven ability to manage every aspect of a company and excellent professional references
• You continuously maintain and expand client relationships, acquire new clients, and identify new business potentials for Sulzer USA
• You have excellent communication and networking skills, a talent for sales with strong acquisition and closing skills, a high level of commitment, initiative and team spirit
