Operating out of Indianapolis, IN, our retail stores offer officially licensed headwear and apparel from collegiate and professional sports teams, plus top brands like Nike, New Era, Adidas, and Mitchell & Ness.

We currently operate 1,200+ locations domestically and 50+ internationally, including specialty concept stores for the NBA, NHL, Paris Saint-Germain, and numerous MLB teams. The company is currently expanding with the goal of becoming the largest licensed brick-and-mortar sports retailer across the globe.

General Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Experiential Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for managing various scaled events across all marketing functions, including relationship management with key stakeholders, ideation, execution of planning, milestone tracking, and facilitating effective communication among team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Event & Project Management

  • Execute a variety of scaled events, both small to large, domestically, and internationally
  • Ability to own and manage all necessary steps for various projects while delegating support to marketing channels
  • Lead projects independently
  • Ideate & create new opportunities to engage with customers to increase traffic flow, conversion, and sales within brick & mortar stores

Communication Facilitation

  • Foster collaboration among team members to meet project objectives
  • Act as a central point of contact between sub-teams and the Sr Campaign Manager, Collabs, Specialty Initiatives
  • Facilitate regular updates on project status, challenges, and achievements
  • Ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization
  • Lead a team internally and work with external experiential agency for support

Additional Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Calendars and Milestone Tracking

  • Own the Experiential Marketing Calendar and work cross functionally with marketing channels to support events domestically & internationally across all business functions
  • Ensure calendars are up to date based on grand opening dates, collaboration launches, tradeshows, key sporting moments, player appearances and more

Coordinate Project Timelines

  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables
  • Monitor and track project milestones, fostering collaboration among teams to achieve project goals

Process Improvement

  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by seeking feedback from team members.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and workflows for increased efficiency.

Job Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Job Required Knowledge & Skills

  • 4-6 years of experience working in experiential marketing and/or event management
