Pay:  $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Location:  Denver Metro, CO & In-person
Schedule:  Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview

The  BCBA – Clinical Coordinator  manages Evoke's Early Intervention and Primary Programs (ages 3 - 13) by serving as the central link between staff, clients, and families. This role provides day to day oversight of client services, ensuring alignment between Behavior Technicians, Specialists, BCBAs, and caregivers. The Clinical Coordinator promotes program quality though team coordination, staff development, and compliance with organizational standards, helping to create a consistent, supportive, and high-quality treatment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the facility and program.
• Assist in the supervision of graduate students, Behavior Technicians, and Behavior Specialists.
• Provide clinical and professional feedback to Clinical Supervisors, Behavior Technicians, and Behavior Specialists. 
• Track and document employee performance and provide feedback.
• Attend and lead client team meetings.
• Assist with clinical support, services delivery, and crisis response as needed.
• Participate in and provide ongoing clinical trainings with/to the Clinical Team regarding assessments, research, curricula and program implementation.
• Maintain a client caseload of 2-4 clients, 15% minimum direct supervision of cases, 20% total. 
• Review and provide feedback on clinical treatment plans and goals. 
• Assist in completion of initial assessments for incoming clients.
• Support onboarding, coaching, and ongoing training of BT, Specialists, BCBA, including modeling best practices, delivering feedback, and escalating performance issues. 
• Oversee accurate and timely incident reporting, critical incident documentation, and CentralReach data entry to ensure compliance and organizational standards. 
• Implement and support Safety Care protocols as needed.
• Provide in-the-moment clinical support and crisis management. 
• Attend and lead administrative and clinical team meetings.
• Other relevant duties assigned by your supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years direct clinical experience as a BCBA.
• Current BCBA Certification.
• Experience managing other BCBA's or clinical staff.
• Knowledge of BACB Ethics Code and CDHS regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under time constraints.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and data collection platforms for client progress monitoring and compliance. 
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum and/or with intellectual/developmental disabilities. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks.
• Current TB test and occupational physical (provided by the company).
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Physically able to implement Safety Care protocols, including running, kneeling, lifting up to 40 lbs., pivoting, and transitioning from kneeling/seated to standing repeatedly.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a BCBA.
• Experience with children ages 3-21.
• Experience treating high-intensity behaviors.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CDHS and behavioral health regulations.
• Experience working on an interdisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with CentralReach.

We have expanded our services to include children from  Pre-K through 12th grade and are currently hiring a Clinical Coordinator (BCBA) to join our Primary Program, serving students ages 3 to 13.   This is a  center-based position  and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

Our interdisciplinary team includes BCBAs, LCSWs, Special Education Teachers, RBTs, Educational Assistants, Mental Health Assistants, and a large number of graduate students working across our departments. In addition to our comprehensive clinical team, we have on-site administrative, human resources, and maintenance support to ensure a safe and effective work environment.
