**Job Title: Assembly Technician** **Job Description** As an Assembly Technician, you will use hand tools to fabricate and assemble cartridges, which includes scoring, pleating, crimping, assembling, cementing, and testing. You will inspect and test both in-process and incoming materials, maintain detailed inspection reports, and collaborate with your team across multiple different cells. **Responsibilities** + Use hand tools to fabricate and assemble cartridges. + Inspect and test in-process and incoming materials. + Maintain detailed inspection reports. + Collaborate with team members across different cells. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + 1 year of mechanical assembly experience + High school diploma or GED + Ability to sit and stand for 8 hours, perform repetitive hand motions, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs, 15 lbs consistently + Basic computer literacy + Blueprint reading **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Blueprint reading preferred. + Mechanical aptitude is strongly preferred. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits along with a 401(k) plan. There are opportunities for leadership and growth within the department. **Work Environment** Work hours are from 6:30am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday, with two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, MA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
