Job Description

Collaborate with Creative Director on seasonal line plans, translating creative ideas into effective and compelling garments for women.

• Manage the design process from inception to final delivery of assets to production team
• Work within deadlines without compromising quality of deliverables
• Utilize best and worst sellers reports to influence the design process
• Think with innovation to consistently design fresh concepts that are captivating and relevant within the competitive landscape

Requirements

• 5+ years of apparel design experience required
• Previous women's apparel design required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Portfolio that showcases a wide variety of design direction
• Candidates will not be considered without including a portfolio

Additional Skills & Competencies

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and collaboratively 
• Versatile, out-of-the-box thinker
• Able to design for a wide variety of audiences
• Organized, detail oriented, capable of managing time effectively
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Ilustrator
• Experience with In Design preferred
