Warehouse Manager
Position Summary:
AceTex Group is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies. This role will play a key part in the optimization of an ERP system to streamline warehouse processes and improve inventory management. The ideal candidate will have experience leading warehouse teams, optimizing workflows, and leveraging technology to enhance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations & Team Leadership
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse/production  activities, including receiving, producing, storing, and shipping products.
  • Lead and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Develop and implement best practices for warehouse organization, space utilization, and workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Inventory Management & Control
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts to prevent discrepancies.
  • Develop and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize losses and ensure stock accuracy.
  • Work closely with procurement and production teams to optimize inventory flow.
Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety regulations.
  • Conduct routine safety audits and provide training to warehouse staff.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records related to warehouse operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in warehouse management , preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Experience with ERP and warehouse technology systems .
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Certification in supply chain or warehouse management is a plus.
