We are looking for a reliable virtual assistant to provide high-quality administrative support for day-to-day operations of a clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, communication skills, and the ability to prioritize various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include email management, scheduling appointments, data entry, and assisting with social media management across multiple platforms.
* Manage administrative tasks. Provide administrative support including data entry, email management, and preparing documents.
* Coordinate schedules. Assist with scheduling appointments, organizing calendars.
* Handle phone calls. Answer and manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries.
* Support social media management. Monitor social media platforms, schedule posts, and engage with followers.
* Perform bookkeeping. Manage simple bookkeeping tasks like invoices, receipts, and expenses.
* Organize contact lists. Maintain accurate contact lists and databases for seamless communication.
* Support customer service. Respond to patient inquiries and ensure patient satisfaction through timely follow-up.
* Create and manage content. Assist with graphic design, content management, and administrative tasks to support marketing efforts.
Requirements
• Preferred location is the Philippines however other countries are welcome to apply
• Provide proof of education or training, such as a degree or certificate in your specialized field (nursing, medical transcription, etc). High school diploma or equivalent
• Provide a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as Drivers License, Postal ID, UMID, Passport)
• Submit an NBI clearance/or pass a criminal background check
• Be able to work full-time night shifts and weekends.
• Have a quiet work environment and a professional, neutral background with decent lighting (examples will be provided)
