Job Description

Videographer
Duke Cannon Supply Co. is a growth-oriented CPG company that operates with an entrepreneurial mindset – and has become one of the fastest-growing brands in the men’s grooming category. Our mission is to better the day of hard-working men, and we fulfill this mission through the products we build, the conversations we create, and our give-back program to veterans.

We are currently looking for a seasoned Videographer to join our in-house creative team. The ideal candidate is someone who’s equally comfortable capturing footage and editing video, and thrives in an energetic, collaborative environment. This role demands a balance of conceptual vision and technical execution, along with the ability to work closely with designers, copywriters, the marketing team, and other internal stakeholders to bring bold visual ideas to life

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop, shoot, and edit original, engaging videos for a variety of platforms, including digital, social, CTV, in-stadium, and broadcast
  • Work closely with internal creative, sales, and marketing teams to align on audience messaging and meet both integrated marketing and broader organizational goals
  • Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the brand
  • Participate in brainstorms and contribute to campaign strategy and creative concepts
  • Stay informed about content trends and video best practices
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 8+ years of professional video experience
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative video work across multiple media
  • Exceptional cinematography skills
  • Exceptional editing ability
  • Experience with a range of gear—from Sony cameras (Venice, FX9, FX6, FX3) to iPhones
  • Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve
  • Ability to think strategically and work creatively under tight deadlines
  • Deep understanding of brand voice and tone
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Broadcast and social video experience
  • Experience with Amazon A+ Content
  • Experience with a CPG company—whether in-house or as an agency partner
  • Familiarity with color grading and motion graphics
  • Familiarity with management software like Asana, Wrike, and Sprout
Note: This is an on-site position based in Minneapolis that does involve hours in office; team members work a hybrid schedule.

The company’s leaders are dedicated to the growth and development of the team; as such, we want to ensure that our people have a rich and rewarding experience with unique opportunities to grow.
Duke Cannon Supply Co.’s Main Lodge (aka the office) is in Minneapolis’ North Loop, one of the city’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods, with award-winning restaurants, fashionable boutiques, live music and Major League Baseball just steps away.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Duke Cannon offers a competitive market salary and bonus based on role and professional experience. The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 plus annual bonus eligibility. Our benefits are top-notch and include health & dental insurance, HSA and 401k programs supported by regular company contributions, a tuition reimbursement program, and monthly parking stipend.  We also host monthly moments of Team camaraderie ranging from community service events to social hours in the Main Lodge (aka the office) to Lunch & Learns covering business, team, and industry topics.
