US Recruiter Skilled Trades (Remote)

Work Hours: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM IST (US Business Hours)

Type: Full-Time | Remote | Direct Hire Focus

Overview:

We're hiring an experienced US Recruiter (based in India) to support hiring for non-tech, skilled labor roles like HVAC Technicians, Commercial Kitchen Technicians , and Field Service professionals . This role is 100% focused on direct hire staffing and requires a recruiter who can hit the ground running and work independently.

What You'll Do:

• Source and screen candidates for skilled trades positions using Ceipal, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and other platforms.
• Conduct detailed phone screens aligned with US screening templates.
• Build strong candidate pipelines for HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and mechanical roles.
• Coordinate with the US team and provide a shortlist of qualified candidates.
• Ensure a smooth hiring experience and manage documentation in Ceipal.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience recruiting for US blue-collar/skilled trades roles .
• Proven sourcing skills on LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and resume databases.
• Familiarity with terms like EPA certification, refrigeration cycle, rack systems, etc.
• Excellent English communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using Ceipal ATS is a must .
