Keller Williams Realty is looking for a dynamic Transaction Coordinator / Productivity Coach (TC/PC) to join our high-performing Market Center. In this unique hybrid role, you’ll play a vital part in managing real estate transactions, coaching agents toward greater productivity, and assisting in recruiting and retaining top talent. The ideal candidate has proven experience in real estate transaction coordination or operations, with a strong understanding of the processes and attention to detail required to manage multiple transactions efficiently. They bring coaching, mentoring, or training experience to the table, paired with a natural ability to lead and inspire others. Highly organized and an excellent time manager, this person is a confident communicator with a heart for service and a drive for results. They are a proactive self-starter who thrives in a team environment and values collaboration. Familiarity with KW Command, Dotloop, DocuSign, and MLS systems is a plus. Above all, the ideal candidate embraces a growth mindset and has a genuine passion for real estate and supporting others in reaching their full potential. Compensation:  • Salary Range is $40,000-$50,000 with potential OTE up to $70,000 • Paid Time Off • Health benefits • Growth potential Responsibilities: Transaction Coordination • Manage all real estate transactions from contract to close • Communicate with agents, clients, title, and lenders to ensure timely closings • Maintain organized files and compliance in Command and other systems • Track deadlines and ensure necessary documents are completed and submitted • Provide consistent, high-level client service throughout the transaction process Productivity Coaching • Coach and mentor new and developing agents to increase production and confidence • Hold one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused on lead generation, systems, and mindset • Track agent performance metrics and provide regular progress updates • Assist agents in goal setting, time blocking, and business planning • Support the implementation of KW models, tools, and resources Recruiting & Retention Support • Assist with recruiting efforts by identifying and engaging potential talent • Support onboarding and orientation of new agents • Help drive Market Center culture by celebrating wins, organizing events, and encouraging growth • Participate in career night events, social media outreach, and follow-ups with recruits Qualifications: • Proven experience in real estate transaction coordination or operations • Coaching, mentoring, or training experience strongly preferred • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong verbal and written communication abilities • Confident and service-oriented mindset with a drive for results • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment • Familiarity with KW Command, Dotloop, DocuSign, and MLS systems (preferred) • Growth mindset and passion for real estate • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred  • Real estate license is required About Company: Keller Williams Realty is a top-performing real estate brokerage known for our strong culture, collaborative environment, and commitment to helping agents and staff grow personally and professionally.
