Technical Recruiter Location Tampa, FL (Beach Park area) : Overview: Iron EagleX is a veteran owned defense contracting company based in Tampa, FL. It is our mission to provide solutions to the most challenging technical problems facing the Department of Defense while simultaneously making a positive impact on our employees and community. Responsibilities:

As part of an employee focused organization, the Technical Recruiter will build relationships with potential employees and maintain contact throughout their tenure with IEX. They will identify and recruit qualified individuals for government contracts across the United States and overseas. The technical recruiter will be responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and acting as a point of contact for all staffing items for both the candidates and the hiring managers. This position is on-site 5 days in Tampa, FL at our Headquarters location.

Job Duties Include (but not limited to):

  • Source candidates for open positions via job boards, job fairs, LinkedIn, and other resources
  • Work with hiring managers to determine requirements and create requisitions
  • Know and understand contract budget and limitations and negotiate salaries accordingly
  • Collaborate with HR and other HQ department team members to effectively and efficiently onboard employees
  • Work with company FSO to determine clearance eligibility and status
  • Comply with OFCCP guidelines
  • Travel to attend job fairs, contract kickoffs, conferences, and other required events
  • Execute full life cycle recruiting
Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1-3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience with an agency or within a corporate setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of government contracting and Department of Defense strongly preferred
  • Strong relationship building skills, including executive interaction and negotiation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

Security Clearance:

  • Ability to obtain a DoD clearance
