Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Analyst to join our client's Application Support team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity designed for professionals who thrive in complex technical environments and enjoy solving challenging problems.
The Senior Technical Analyst will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing proprietary systems built on Duck Creek technologies. This individual will be responsible for conducting in-depth technical analysis, mapping data across upstream and downstream systems, and translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex technical scenarios and identify root causes of system issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical documentation.
- Develop comprehensive technical specifications to guide software developers.
- Support application functionality and performance through proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates and insights on technical challenges and solutions.
