With the upcoming launch of Zillow Flex , a state-of-the-art office setting , and one of the largest social media followings in the DMV area —garnering over 10 million monthly views on Instagram and YouTube—this is a unique chance to advance your career alongside us.

Key Responsibilities:

• 🗂 Deliver vital administrative support and oversee transaction processes for agents
• 🏡 Manage listings, update MLS information, coordinate signage, and schedule photography
• 📞 Maintain timely and effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• 📅 Organize showings, inspections, and closing appointments
• 💻 Assist with marketing efforts including social media content, email campaigns, and CRM upkeep

• Highly organized with excellent time management capabilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Tech-savvy, proactive, and solution-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
