We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our global team. This is a high-impact role responsible for hiring the technical talent that fuels Virtasant’s growth. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle — from intake to close — while building trust with senior stakeholders and candidates across the globe.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to the business, delivering hard-to-find technical hires at pace, while also shaping the recruitment function with data-driven insights and process improvements.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define requirements and advise on hiring strategies.
- Source and attract top global talent for technical roles across engineering, cloud, and data.
- Manage candidates through the entire process — from first outreach to signed offer.
- Collaborate with the recruitment marketing lead to design and run global campaigns.
- Use data and metrics to track performance, improve efficiency, and inform decision-making.
- Contribute to the recruitment team culture — sharing insights, supporting peers, and thriving in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
- Moves quickly and delivers results without needing heavy guidance.
- Creative problem-solver who cracks tough searches with smart sourcing strategies.
