Job Title : SAP PP/QM Support Consultant AMS & Incident Management

Job Type : W2

Experience : 8-12 Years

Location : Wilmington, Vermont

Key Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP PP/QM support.
• Strong incident management experience in an AMS environment.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
• Understanding of SLA-driven support models.
• ABAP Debugging knowledge (preferred for functional consultants).
• Strong communication skills (English - verbal & written).
• Experience in manufacturing industry processes (preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP PP/QM issues raised by business users within defined SLAs.
• Monitor and manage incidents using ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar).
• Perform root cause analysis and provide long-term resolutions to recurring issues.
• Ensure smooth transportation of changes to the production environment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot issues related to Enterprise Structure & Master Data.
• Support Production Orders, MRP (Material Requirement Planning), Demand & Capacity Planning.
• Handle Discrete & Repetitive Manufacturing, Batch Management, and Production Planning Cycle.
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, WM, FI, CO, etc.).
• Work with ABAP developers for debugging and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business users, developers, testers, and basis teams).
• Document resolutions and best practices for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
