What you’ll do

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Business Analyst

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Expected Start Date: May 2025

Contract Duration: 9 months

Work Hours: 40 hours per week; Full-time

• Learn how to turn data into meaningful insights and intelligence that drive business success
• Assist in creating analytics requirements to make data report-ready for various parts of the SAP Business Network, Procurement, and Concur Organization
• Assist in development and delivery of analytics solutions using cloud data
• Gain a better understanding of business stakeholders to see how they use data, how data impacts their jobs, and how we contribute to a great customer experience
• Learn how marketing, communications and user support are impactful in analytics
• Gain a good mix of technical, business, process and analytical capabilities
• Work with stakeholders to develop business solutions
• Works independently to gather information, pose workarounds, carry out necessary research, and provide an in-depth analysis to resolve production/application issues, customer requests and inquiries, escalating to a lead or manager when appropriate
• Works in group or independently on side projects as needed and assigned

Education: Business, Marketing, Communications or Analytics 

Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program

• Excellent verbal skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products: Word, Powerpoint, Excel

The goal of the Enterprise Analytics team is to transform data into business value and to help drive adoption of SAP Business Network, Procurement and Travel solutions. Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 19-33 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
