As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team in the real-world evidence (RWE) space. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration in the United States.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and payer organizations.
Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to maximize their performance and achieve individual and team targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to develop and execute effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and market challenges.
Manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company and customers.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvement to senior leadership.
Represent Luminary Group at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network with potential clients and promote our real-world evidence solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support.
