Our projects range in scope from large-scale new construction to complete tear-offs, re-roofing and renovations of existing building exteriors, and on-going roof maintenance, inspection, and repairs of all major commercial roof systems.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Prospect and develop new B2B relationships 

  • Deliver professional presentations and service proposals

  • Conduct cold calls, attend networking events, and build your pipeline

  • Evaluate roofing systems (BUR, TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, etc.) and recommend services

  • Coordinate closely with internal operations to fulfill customer needs

  • Provide roof inspections and support project bidding processes

  • Maintain and grow recurring revenue by strengthening client relationships

  • Manage your schedule effectively for site visits, follow-ups, and lead generation

 

What You Need to Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales and business development experience

  • Commercial roofing experience preferred, or a background in similar services sales 

  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders and walk on flat commercial roofs

  • Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with C-level professionals

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience

  • Self-motivated, organized, and ready to drive results
