Requirements:

We’re not just hiring hands — we’re hiring heads and hearts. That means we look for:
- A+ Attitude over resume bullet points.
- People who are G.E.T. I.T. D.O.N.E. (Genuine, Engaged, Tenacious. Independent, Thoughtful. Detailed, Organized, Nimble, Effective.)
- A curiosity for technology and pride in doing things right.
- A clean driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Willingness to work in high-end homes and maintain professional presentation.
- AV, Control4, Lutron, or networking experience is great — but not required.
If you’ve got the right mindset, we’ll get you trained.
