Job Summary With Safety as a primary responsibility, this position is responsible for supervising overall plant operations and employees to ensure non-stop production of top-quality products.
Job Responsibilities - Ensure all safety rules are followed
- Set production goals and expectation
- Ensure proper housekeeping of the plant
- Oversee the daily preventative maintenance program and coordinate maintenance projects
- Analyze scorecards and production reports
- Ability to work day shift and graveyard rotations when necessary
- Oversee shift personnel
- Hire, train, promote and discipline employees
- Adjust employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage of shifts

- High School diploma
- Minimum two years industry and general office experience
- Knowledge of construction products, computers, basic accounting, and inventory
- Working knowledge of manufacturing / production plants preferred
- Employee management experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Endure intermittent climbing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling
- Walking and standing for long periods of time
Compensation - $30 - $35/hr, Based on experience
