Eaton's Aerospace Interconnect Technology Division is currently seeking an experienced site executive to lead our Camarillo, CA site. Relocation assistance will be provided within the US. This position requires 10% travel. **What you'll do:** The Plant Manager will report to the Director of Operations. Our site has over 270 employees that work across 2 shifts. Eaton Plant Managers are responsible for driving strategic and operational leadership. They drive profit and loss, growth strategy and organizational direction to meet and exceed short and long-term business goals. Our leaders will foster an environment of engagement and inclusion for all employees and act with advocacy, empathy, and accountability. **Essential functions:** - Manage both operational leadership team and functional staff including Quality, Finance, Continuous Improvement, Environmental Health & Safety, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Engineering and Maintenance - Act with analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to drive Key Performance Indicators - Emphasize utilization of Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing tools (Kaizen, VSM, 5S+) to lead cost improvement analysis and implement actionable, measurable plans. - Champion a workplace focused on Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) to drive a zero-incident safety culture. - Foster a Quality culture of early detection and escalations across the site to reduce cost, drive efficiency and ensure compliance. - Partner with Human Resources to drive a talent management, learning, communication, and development strategies. **Qualifications:** **Basic (Required) Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. - Minimum ten (10) years of experience with progressive levels of accountability and responsibility in roles focused on Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, OPEX and/or related support functions in a manufacturing/production environment. - Minimum three (3) years of manager of people experience. - Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship. - ITAR **Preferred Qualifications:** - Master of Business Administration. - Lean Six Sigma and/or continuous improvement experience. - Experience running a "connected" factory, deploying, and utilizing elements within Industry 4.0. - Experience in the aerospace, automotive or medical industries (preferred). **Skills** **Eaton Leaderships Attributes:** - Think and Act Strategically, Build Organizational Capability, Get Results and Enable a Digital Mindset across Eaton. - Is passionate, accountable, efficient, ethical, transparent, and focused on continuous learning. - We foster an environment of engagement and inclusion for all employees and act with advocacy, empathy, and accountability. The expected annual salary range for this role is $181987.47 - $266914.96 a year.
