Job Description
We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior management. The ideal candidate will ensure that daily operations run smoothly, meetings and communications are well-coordinated, and schedules are efficiently managed. This role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and a strong ability to anticipate needs.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and organize documentation
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on key action points
Assist with event and project coordination as required
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all communications
Provide general administrative support to enhance overall business efficiency
Qualifications
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
