Operational & Supervisory Duties • Monitor daily clinic operations, including workload, order management, and staff productivity. • Supervise clinical and clerical staff to ensure quality service and patient satisfaction. • Assist in developing clinic policies, procedures, and training for staff. Organizational & Compliance • Comply with HIPAA and organizational policies and procedures. • Ensure a safe, clean, and confidential work environment.
