Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Sonographer to join our Burlington, Vermont team. In this role, you will perform diagnostic ultrasounds and other imaging modalities with precision and care. You will work both independently and collaboratively, supporting physicians and mentoring staff at all levels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasounds within OB/GYN and women's health departments.
  • Collaborate with physicians and peers to ensure accurate and timely results.
  • Mentor and educate fellow staff members, supporting professional development.
  • Maintain current credentials and meet all departmental requirements.
  • Apply critical thinking skills while conducting scans to ensure patient safety and diagnostic accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

  • ARDMS OB/GYN Certification
  • Graduation from an accredited diagnostic sonography program
  • Minimum of 6 months of hands-on scanning experience outside of clinical rotations, including OB/GYN

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to think critically and troubleshoot during scans
