Lead Management and Conversion: • Efficiently manage live inbound leads provided by F5 Mortgage, aiming for high conversion rates through personalized engagement.
• Nurture leads with strategic follow-ups, creating personalized experiences that turn prospects into long-term clients.
Rate Shopping and Negotiation: • Proactively shop for the best mortgage rates and terms across an extensive lender network to meet unique client needs.
• Negotiate favorable loan terms using deep industry knowledge to balance client satisfaction with lender benefits.
Client Consultation and Education: • Conduct thorough consultations to match clients with appropriate mortgage products, explaining complex financial concepts in an accessible way.
• Educate clients on the home buying or refinancing journey, including market trends, to empower informed decision-making.
Application Management: • Prepare and submit detailed loan applications , ensuring accuracy and completeness to expedite approval processes.
• Monitor loan progression, acting proactively to resolve any bottlenecks or issues.
Industry Expertise and Compliance: • Keep abreast of industry changes , including new mortgage products, regulations, and economic conditions affecting rates.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and internal policies to maintain high ethical standards.
Relationship Building: • Forge and nurture referral partnerships with real estate agents, financial planners, and other professionals to broaden business opportunities.
• Strengthen ties with lending institutions for better access to diverse funding options.
Process Coordination: • Coordinate effectively with mortgage specialists, including processors, AEs, and realtors, for seamless transaction flow.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clarity and addressing issues swiftly.
Client Experience and Follow-Up: • Deliver exceptional customer service , focusing on personalized client experiences.
• Perform post-closing follow-ups to ensure satisfaction, encourage referrals, and gather insights for service improvement.
Problem-Solving: • Tackle and resolve challenges during the loan process with innovative solutions, enhancing client trust and satisfaction.
Sales and Growth Mindset: • Drive business growth through proactive lead-generation strategies, including digital marketing, social media, and community engagement.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, contributing to the success of both personal and company goals.
Technology Utilization: • Master use of CRM and proprietary tools to manage client interactions, document processes, and streamline communications.
• Leverage technology for data analysis to inform decision-making and improve service delivery.
Team Collaboration: • Collaborate with the F5 Mortgage team to share best practices, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and support.
• Participate in internal training and team meetings to stay aligned with company objectives and enhance collective skills.
Marketing and Brand Representation: • Actively participate in marketing initiatives like webinars, local events, or digital content creation to promote F5 Mortgage's brand.
• Represent F5 Mortgage professionally in all interactions, enhancing brand reputation and client trust.
Qualifications:
Licensing: • Current NMLS Licensing: Must hold an up-to-date Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)
Experience and Knowledge: • Deep Knowledge of Loan Products : Proven understanding of various mortgage products, from conventional, FHA, VA, to jumbo loans, and the entire loan lifecycle from origination to closing.
• Familiarity with Mortgage Regulations: Insight into current mortgage laws, rules, and compliance requirements at both the state and federal levels.
Skills: • Exceptional Communication : Mastery in conveying complex mortgage information in an understandable manner, both verbally and in writing.
• Time Management : Ability to juggle multiple clients and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
• Analytical Abilities : Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to analyze client financial situations to recommend suitable products.
• Resourcefulness: Capability to work independently, finding solutions and resources with minimal supervision.
Technical Proficiency: • Advanced Computer Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and presentations.
• Loan Origination Software : Experienced with leading loan origination systems (e.g., ARIVE, Calyx Point, or similar) to manage the loan process efficiently.
• CRM Utilization: Comfortable using Customer Relationship Management software for lead management, client follow-ups, and data tracking.
Soft Skills: • Relationship Building : Proven track record in establishing and maintaining professional relationships that lead to business growth.
• Adaptability : Ability to adapt to new technologies, market changes, and evolving client needs.
• Client Focus: Genuine interest in client success with a consultative approach to service.
Education: • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred: Ideally in business, finance, economics, or a related field, though equivalent experience will be considered.
Additional Qualifications: • Sales Experience : Prior roles in sales, particularly in financial services or real estate, showcase a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
