Job Description

Overview: Responsible for the deployment and maintenance of enterprise mobility including but not limited to Microsoft Intune, JAMF, VMware Workspace ONE, IOS, and Android. Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that all mobile devices and activations are following WakeMed standards. Performs audits, maintains inventory, drawings and other documentation in the MDM cloud environment. Work with a team of engineers and contractors to plan, design, develop, build and deploy new MDM solutions. Telephone, e-mail and on-site problem diagnosis and resolution to ensure the highest Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are maintained. Department Description:

Licensure: Workspace ONE Or Jamf Professional Certification Or Microsoft Preferred Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - And Associate's Degree Information Technology Or Related Field Preferred Experience: 4 Years Information Technology - Mobile Device Management Required - With High School Diploma 2 Years Information Technology - Mobile Device Management With Preferred Education 2 Years Healthcare - Multi-Hospital System Preferred
