POSITION SUMMARY

We seek a talented, organized, and dedicated Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you help design and create print and digital marketing materials. Candidates should be familiar with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and other graphic design applications. This entry-level role reports to our Creative Director/Head Graphic Designer. Candidates should be able to produce high-quality materials while adhering to deadlines and brand standards. Please submit a portfolio of your past work when applying to this job.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design digital images or other types of marketing materials
• Contribute to layout, typography, and photography decisions.
• Produce consistent and high-quality design work.
• Effectively communicate and convey the desired messaging through various deliverables, including print publications, digital ads, marketing and sales collateral, and flyers.
• Collaborate closely with creative and dynamic sales and marketing team members to create campaigns and communicate our brand identity effectively.

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Must have a degree relating to graphic design or working towards one.

Experience and Skills:

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign.
• Excellent organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and deadline-driven.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Creative, innovative, committed, and a self-starter, demonstrating good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Social media, web design, or marketing experience is a plus.

WORK SETTING

• In-person, out of our Scottsdale Office.
• Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 9a -5p.
