Your role in our mission

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements from clients and internal teams.

• Support the creation of workflow diagrams, reports, and presentations to help visualize solutions.

• Learn to evaluate business processes and recommend improvements under senior guidance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and QA staff.

• Participate in testing, validation, and documentation of new systems or enhancements.

What we're looking for

We’re seeking a motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow in a data-driven environment:

• • 0–2 years of related experience, or recent graduate in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a similar field.

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic understanding of business processes and project lifecycles.

  • Comfortable working in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; exposure to tools like Visio, JIRA, or SQL is a plus.

  • Curiosity, attention to detail, and a passion for technology and process improvement.

• Standard full-time work schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST , with flexibility to support critical project timelines and client deliverables.

The pay range for this position is $41,400.00 - $59,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
