Job Description

We are a small low voltage contracting company seeking a part-time Warehouse & Materials Coordinator to help manage inventory, organize materials for jobs, and handle shipping and receiving. This role is a blend of warehouse, facility, and light office duties , perfect for someone detail-oriented who enjoys keeping things organized.

Schedule: 4-5 hours per day, 5 days a week. Potential to become full-time.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming shipments, including documenting receipts.
• Prepare and organize outgoing shipments.
• Pull and stage materials for job sites.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock organization.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and optimized for space efficiency.
• Report any inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with light facility maintenance and vehicle upkeep as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the team and follow safety procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated —able to work independently.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is just as valuable.
• Comfortable using inventory software and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and move pallets when necessary.
• Ability to pass a background check for security licensing.
