Description Robert Half HR Solutions is partnering with a client in the Metro Atlanta area that is looking to add an HR Manager to their team. The HR Manager will lead employee relations and performance management initiatives within a dynamic environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex multistate operations and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while managing sensitive and confidential matters. Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including resolving workplace conflicts and promoting a positive work environment. - Develop and implement performance management strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity. - Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations across multiple states. - Provide guidance and support to management on handling sensitive and confidential employee matters. - Collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals. - Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on HR-related topics such as workplace policies and performance improvement. - Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements. - Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires. - Maintain accurate documentation and records related to HR activities. - Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements to adapt HR strategies accordingly. Requirements - Proven experience in employee relations and performance management within a detail-oriented environment. - Familiarity with multistate HR operations and understanding of compliance requirements. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage workplace issues. - Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion. - Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. - Proficiency in analyzing HR metrics and implementing data-driven solutions. - Experience in training and guiding employees and managers on HR-related matters. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
