We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visually displaying data related to health, safety, and environmental metrics. This role requires a keen eye for trends and the ability to present data in a timely and organized manner.
The Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Data Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing decision-making by providing critical insights through data analysis. By identifying trends and patterns, the analyst helps predict and prevent potential issues, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimizing resource use. Key
Responsibilities: • Collect and compile data from various sources within the HSE department.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Create visual representations of data (charts, graphs, dashboards) to effectively communicate findings.
• Prepare reports on HSE data to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with HSE team members to understand data needs and requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data collection and analysis processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Environmental Science, Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with HSE data and metrics.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:
