Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Fundraising & Outreach Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist with coordinating and supporting fundraising events, outreach efforts, and community engagement initiatives for nonprofit clients. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the nonprofit sector while contributing to causes that make a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events for nonprofit clients, ensuring events run smoothly and efficiently.
• Support outreach efforts to increase community involvement and attract new supporters for nonprofit organizations.
• Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and community groups to foster partnerships and event participation.
• Help organize event materials, including promotional items, informational brochures, and event signage.
• Promote events through local outreach such as attending community meetings, networking events, and distributing promotional materials.
• Work closely with the fundraising team to track donations, sponsorships, and donor engagement.
• Assist with post-event follow-up, including thank-you letters, surveys, and gathering feedback.
• Monitor event progress and contribute to brainstorming new ideas for future fundraising and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Full-time availability is required.
• Strong passion for nonprofit work and supporting fundraising efforts .
• Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse groups.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• 2-year or 4-year degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience in fundraising , outreach , or event coordination is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the nonprofit sector.
