Design personalized family travel itineraries that combine fun, relaxation, and value
Research and book accommodations, flights, activities, and attractions with a family-friendly focus
Recommend kid-friendly resorts, amusement parks, tours, and destinations
Manage all travel logistics and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
Provide expert guidance on travel insurance, passport/visa requirements, and safety tips
Maintain lasting client relationships through attentive service and follow-up
Passion for travel and a strong understanding of family travel needs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt quickly
Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Experience using booking platforms and travel tools is a plus (but not required)
