Legal Consulting and Advisory: Provide legal advice and support on general contract law, product quality, consumer protection, and business operations. Advise on compliance with European and German laws and regulations, particularly those related to consumer products, e-commerce, and data protection (e.g., GDPR). Provide compliance advice on German labor relations matters. Assist with labor and employment law issues, such as employee contracts, workplace policies, and disputes. Offer legal guidance on product quality standards, warranty policies, and liability issues. Support general corporate legal matters, including company information changes, governance, and compliance. 2. Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to the operations of German entities in Europe, including distributor agreements, sales agreements, after-sales service agreements, and other service contracts related to business operations. Ensure contracts align with company policies, legal requirements, and business objectives.
