Job Description

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Carlsbad, California. In this contract position, you will play a key role in ensuring our members have a seamless experience by addressing their inquiries and providing exceptional support. Your expertise in customer service and technology will be vital in resolving issues and maintaining accurate data. Responsibilities: - Develop a deep understanding of membership benefits, the organization's dashboard, event attendees, and related activities. - Respond promptly and effectively to member inquiries regarding event registration. - Provide accurate and timely follow-up to resolve member questions or concerns. - Ensure all data and information within the organization's system are consistently updated and accurate. - Offer on-site registration assistance during scheduled events. - Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to the organization's dashboard, resolving bugs and system errors. - Report identified bugs to the technology team using the designated tracking tool and collaborate with developers to address concerns. Requirements - Proven experience in call center or customer service roles. - Proficiency in navigating multiple web browsers and handling email correspondence. - Strong background in customer success and resolving connectivity issues. - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms. - Excellent communication skills and ability to manage member relationships effectively. - Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under time-sensitive conditions. - Technical aptitude to diagnose and report system-related issues.
