Job Summary

US Mix Customer Service Representatives are responsible for processing orders received by phone, fax, email and EDI.  Customer Service Representatives work in conjunction with Dispatcher, Plant Manager, Production Coordinator and Outside Sales Staff to communicate pertinent information to customers such as product availability, delivery and will call timing, pricing and credit. 

Job Responsibilities

• Provide customers technical information on products  
• Process customer orders
• Consult with Technical Director and relay necessary information to customers
• Administrative work including filing, recording of quotes, and complaint issues
• Staff the will-call counter for drop-in customers

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Rare work performed in a manufacturing facility with exposure to airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, forklifts, and noise
• Constant work performed in an office
• Constant work performed while standing and sitting
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the job

Compensation

• Hourly pay rate $21/hour
