Job Title: Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) – Part-Time
Location: Staten Island, NY 10314
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Every other weekend required)
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) to join our team at a long-term care facility in Staten Island. The CNA will work under the supervision of a licensed nurse or medical staff, assisting with patient care, daily activities, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:Provide physical care, including assisting with daily living activities and basic medical procedures.
Take and record vital signs, assist with examinations, and monitor patient conditions.
Support patient mobility, feeding, and personal hygiene.
Participate in care planning and recreational activities.
Maintain cleanliness in patient rooms and treatment areas.
Assist with patient admissions, visitor regulation, and postmortem care when necessary.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of CNA experience.
Education: Graduate of an approved CNA program.
Certification: Active NYS CNA Certification (Primary Source Verification required) and AHA BLS Certification.
Skills: Strong patient care abilities, experience in long-term care settings, and a compassionate approach.
