Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is needed in Woodsville, NH.

Responsibilities

  • Obtain and document vital signs and medical history in the EMR
  • Prepare exam rooms and assist providers during examinations and procedures
  • Perform diagnostic tests (EKG, lab tests), venipunctures, injections, and ear lavages
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate medical records
  • Conduct tele-triage and communicate patient information to providers
  • Participate in clinical staff meetings and training
  • Maintain compliance with scope of practice and licensure
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
  • Weekday Schedule (No Nights or Holidays Required)
  • Limited Travel

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an Accredited Medical Assistant Program
  • Certified or Licensed Medical Assistant
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • 1–2 Years of Direct Clinical Experience Preferred
