We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technicians to join our team! In this role, you’ll provide exceptional cleaning services across various settings, ensuring carpets and floors are spotless and well-maintained. We’re seeking candidates with a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering excellent results.

Responsibilities:

Clean carpets using professional equipment and effective techniques to achieve thorough results.
Perform floor care tasks, such as buffing and maintaining other surfaces to ensure a polished finish.
Handle residential and commercial cleaning projects while following safety protocols and company standards.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Maintain and organize cleaning equipment and supplies for optimal use and efficiency.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and complete tasks effectively.
Adhere to environmental guidelines to promote responsible and sustainable cleaning practices.

Qualifications:

Experience in carpet cleaning or custodial services is a bonus, but not required—we’ll train you!
Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and floor care techniques is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
Effective communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A valid driver’s license may be required for traveling between job sites.
