Position Title: Business Process Consultant Advanced

General Responsibilities:
The Business Process Consultant Advanced will be responsible for optimizing business processes by integrating technology solutions, identifying process gaps, and implementing improvement strategies. The consultant will work closely with business units, senior management, and IT teams to align business needs with IT solutions.
Key Duties:
Analyze, document, and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Identify process gaps and design strategic solutions for better workflow optimization.
Conduct business process reengineering, modeling, and system integration planning.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless system enhancements and process alignment.
Provide recommendations on process improvements and IT solution implementations.
Develop business unit process engineering plans and ensure their integration with corporate strategies.
Lead and participate in cross-functional project teams for process improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for process optimization.
Education:
Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field OR
Equivalent work experience (Minimum 7 years in IT, with 4+ years in process engineering and 2+ years in project management).
Technical & Professional Skills:
Strong expertise in business process modeling, optimization, and process engineering.
Knowledge of IT systems integration, enterprise process automation, and project management.
Experience working with ERP systems, data analytics, and automation tools.
Understanding of workflow design, change management, and strategic planning.
Ability to analyze, document, and improve processes using industry-standard methodologies.
Excellent communication skills to interact with senior management and IT teams.
