Job Description
The Building Information Modeling (BIM) Specialist is key in ensuring our core value of Technical Excellence by organizing, producing, and reviewing high quality and detailed 3D models in Revit. Collaborating with design teams, this position is responsible for creating and preparing comprehensive and accurate construction documentation for internal use and external presentation. This role assists the Project Manager and Project Architect in organizing document production and uses BIM software to create 3D models and corresponding plans for projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills as they must collaborate effectively with design professionals and consulting engineers outside the firm while ensuring deadlines are met. The BIM Specialist contributes to multiple large projects and project types with individual project schedules which makes excellent time-management skills a must!

Here is a list of the key skills which we seek for this role: - High level proficiency in Revit – you will be asked to participate in a Revit Skills test during the interview process for this position.
- Experience with BIM model management
- Experience with working in a team on a shared BIM model
- Experience with BIM360 cloud project management
- Ability to understand technical drawings and plans
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Time management skills and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment

We are seeking someone with a bachelor’s degree in building design & construction or a related field, preferably with 3+ year of experience or an associate degree in a related field with preferably 5+ years of experience.
