Dean's Professional Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Bilingual Phlebotomist II to join a high-performing lab facility in Houston, TX . Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Position Overview:

As a Phlebotomist II, you'll be responsible for collecting high-quality blood samples from patients of all ages, ensuring proper labeling, handling, and processing. You'll serve as the face of the lab, providing a calm and reassuring presence to patients while delivering fast, accurate, and professional service.

What You'll Do:

* Perform blood draws for diagnostic testing with precision and care
* Verify patient identity and label samples accurately at the point of collection
* Handle pediatric, geriatric, venous, and capillary collections with skill and empathy
* Prepare specimens for transport and testing in accordance with lab protocols
* Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring a clean and safe work environment
* Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients in both English and Spanish
* Record documentation and follow lab procedures for specimen tracking and reporting
* Work efficiently in a high-volume setting while delivering quality, error-free work

What We're Looking For:

* High school diploma or equivalent - Required
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Required
* 2+ years of phlebotomy experience , including pediatric and geriatric - Required
* Phlebotomy certification - Preferred
* Background in medical assisting, EMT/paramedic training - Preferred
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
* Proficiency with data entry and electronic systems
* Patience, professionalism, and a calm demeanor under pressure

Job Details:

* Schedule: Monday-Friday Day Shifts (Shift times may vary)
* Compensation: Starting at $18+/hr, based on experience
* Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and 401k
