• Contract Duration: 6-months
• Worksite Location:  Eagan, MN | Hybrid
• Compensation: $23-25/hour
  

What you'll do as the Associate Credit Specialist:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email regarding account issues, ensuring resolution within established service level agreements
• Provide credit-related support to both corporate and non-corporate account customers
• Deliver service aligned with department objectives through effective communication and problem-solving
• Apply accounting, reconciliation, and collection skills to resolve account discrepancies

What you'll bring to the Associate Credit Specialist role:

• 2+ years of experience in credit, finance, accounting, customer service, or a related technical field
• SAP experience and strong organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Professional communication skills and experience working directly with external customers on credit issues
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, along with intermediate Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
