Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to blueprints, job packets, and work instructions.
• Operate hand and power tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and rivet guns.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient operations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Assist with final inspections, packaging, and shipping as needed.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Skilled in hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or job packets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Dependable, team-oriented , and able to follow instructions accurately.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
