**Job Description:** We are seeking a detail-oriented **Assembly Technician** to join our team. This role involves assembling parts using various hand tools (including rivet guns), inspecting for defects, and interpreting blueprints. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assemble components with precision using hand and power tools + Inspect parts for defects or quality issues + Read and follow blueprints and work instructions + Maintain a clean, safe work environment **Requirements:** + Assembly experience (preferably mechanical) + Familiarity with hand tools and basic power tools + Strong attention to detail and eye-hand coordination + Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks + Reliable and punctual Monday to Friday schedule/ paid weekly! 6:00am - 2:30pm **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
